Our offer is dedicated to owners of land larger than 1 hectare or properties with a roof area exceeding 5,000 square meters.
Thanks to our formula, the client can transfer to us, for a significant fee, the Surface Right, allowing the construction of a photovoltaic system with ground-mounted or roof-mounted solar panels.
If the client is interested, we can sell all or part of the energy produced by the photovoltaic system at a fixed price for a specified period, through a PPA (Power Purchase Agreement).
Installation of a guaranteed photovoltaic system in exchange for the Surface Right.
The entire investment and construction are covered by us, as are operation and maintenance activities. We also provide performance guarantees.
The Surface Right is valued through a single fee or an annual fee for the entire duration of the contract.
The land or roof becomes a source of income for the client.
Asbestos abatement contribution.
For rooftop photovoltaic systems, our fee will cover all or part of the costs of any remediation and roof renovation measures. The remaining portion is paid by the customer.

The solution can be integrated with a PPA contract for the sale to the customer of all or part of the energy produced by the plant.
