Our installment purchase solution with retention of title is aimed at private individuals and companies operating in the industrial and tertiary sectors and includes the installation of a photovoltaic system on the customer’s roof or industrial land.

The goal is to allow the customer to self-produce the electricity necessary for their needs.

We cover the initial investment and installation of the photovoltaic system.
 
The system will be accounted for as the customer’s property. The transaction is considered a
sale with retention of title for the entire duration of the contract.


 

The contract length can vary based on the solution’s payback, typically from two to six years.
 
The asset is included in the company’s balance sheet.


 

100% of the asset is depreciable.
 
After two years, there is the possibility of early termination of the contract without restrictions but in exchange for payment of an advance balance.
